Game Developer & Systems Programmer

I’m a game developer focused on building the systems that make games feel connected, responsive, and complete. Using Unity, Unreal Engine, C#, and C++, I work across gameplay logic, save/load architecture, AI behavior, combat, UI flow, camera control, and player feedback. I’m comfortable leading feature direction, breaking ideas into clear tasks, and stepping into the technical work needed to bring a game from concept to playable experience.

About

Game developer, systems programmer, and hands-on team builder focused on turning ideas into playable experiences.

Who I Am

I’m Jesse “Echo” Adams, a game developer who enjoys building the systems that hold a game together: gameplay logic, AI behavior, save/load flow, combat, UI structure, camera control, player feedback, and the connective code that turns scattered features into a complete experience.

My background has shaped me into a practical, adaptable developer. I’m comfortable looking at the full game, breaking features into clear tasks, organizing work across a team, and stepping into the technical work needed to keep development moving.

I approach development as both a builder and a problem-solver. Whether I’m working in Unity with C#, Unreal Engine with C++, or collaborating with artists and designers, my goal is the same: create systems that are reliable, readable, and satisfying for players to interact with.

What I Build

  • Gameplay systems and state-driven logic
  • Save/load architecture and persistence
  • AI behavior, encounters, and game flow
  • Combat, feedback, camera, and UI systems

How I Work
